These terms govern your use of the Talented Education Group website, enrollment process, and student portal. The service is operated by PT Pilar Pendidikan Internasional ("Talented", "we", "us"). Any signed service agreement or program-specific terms also apply; where they differ, the signed agreement governs that service to the extent permitted by law.

Our services

We provide information and support for education planning and applications. Program descriptions, intakes, prices, scholarships, and immigration requirements can change. We aim to keep information accurate, but you should confirm current requirements and deadlines with the relevant education provider or authority before relying on them. An application does not guarantee admission, a scholarship, a visa, employment, or any other outcome.

Your application and account

You must provide accurate, current information and have permission to share another person's details, including emergency contacts and referees. Keep your login details and verification links private.

Acceptable use and content

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its security or availability, impersonate others, or submit false or unauthorized information. Unless stated otherwise, site text, design, and media belong to Talented or their respective owners. You may use them for personal evaluation of our services; other reuse requires permission from the rights holder.

Third parties and liability

Education providers, payment partners, and linked sites have their own terms and decisions. We are responsible for our own services as required by law, but cannot control a third party's admission, visa, or payment decision. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so is unlawful.

We may update these terms for future use of the site. The date above identifies the version. These terms are subject to applicable law and any dispute provisions in your signed agreement.
